Recognition & Associations
At Winter, we’re dedicated to giving back to the community in which we live and work.
Our first job is to be good people. We’re invested in the health and vitality of the people in Atlanta, our home town, and the surrounding areas, which is why we volunteer and raise money for local charitable organizations, namely the Special Olympics of Georgia. In addition to volunteering at the Special Olympics of Georgia’s Summer and Winter Games, we hold an annual golf tournament to raise money for this amazing organization. Our first tournament was in 2004. Since then, we have raised more than half a million dollars.
Anyone who has participated in these events knows that we get back much more from these athletes than we could ever give – but we’ll keep trying!
“Our relationship with Special Olympics Georgia is important to us. We made an intentional choice to choose this charity and go deep with them. We wanted SOGA to know that year after year we would be there for them − that they could count on us. As a company, we work hard to uphold that ideal in all we do.”
