The Fitten, Freeman, and Montag Residence Halls are each about 25,000 square feet and are adjacent to each other. Winter completely renovated all three dormitories, and the buildings achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
The project was completed in two phases. Phase I consisted of totally demolishing and renovating the interior of two of the residence halls and constructing a new elevator tower to connect the two buildings. The third residence hall remained occupied. Phase II carried out the renovation of the third residence hall.
