Winter constructed the new seven-story Hampton Inn & Suites at Sterling Pointe, a commercial development that also includes Class A office, retail, and restaurant space. The high-end Hampton Inn & Suites includes 132 guest rooms and 85,000 square feet. Winter also built a two-story, 422-space, precast parking deck and prepared outparcels for high-end restaurants and retail. The project is located in the bustling Perimeter business district, one of the largest office markets in all of metro Atlanta. Winter provided estimating/budget development, design review, subcontractor bidding and solicitation, project master schedule, safety and quality control, subcontractor management, schedule assurance, documentation control, cost management, and closeout.
