Winter completed Phase I for Prince of Peace on a 68-acre wooded site. Winter managed the project on an accelerated, fast-track schedule that began with extensive preconstruction services. The new 56,324 square foot addition to the existing church campus includes a sanctuary, an educational wing, a full-service kitchen and a narthex. Winter provided value analysis services that resulted in a suggested $800,000 in value engineering alternates of which approximately 80% were accepted by Catholic Construction Services.
