The complete demolition and interior build-out of the new 23,000 square-foot Commerce Club on the 49th floor of the 191 Peachtree building. The new club includes a large banquet and prefunction area, a full-service kitchen, a full-service bar, a private wine room with private dining room, and a 103” HDTV in the media/entertaining room. The space also features historic items from the original Commerce Club that include 75 year old chandeliers, a replace and bookcases. This project was completed above existing tenant-occupied floors. Winter took extraordinary measures to ensure that the neighboring tenants were not affected by the construction.
