The Towne Square Condominiums is a mixed-use project consisting of a five-story structure with a stucco exterior, accented with brick at the main level. The building has 1.5 levels of parking and 3.5 levels of residential condominium units. The 105 condo units range from one to three bedrooms. Standard interior unit finishes include carpet in the living room, dining room, and bedroom; marble tile in foyer; ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms; and fireplaces with a mantel and marble surround. Construction of this mixed- use development included retail space on the street level, a swimming pool, clubhouse area, fitness facilities, and secured parking areas for the facility.
