Winter completed two projects for Xaviant: an office renovation and an expansion. Winter was awarded the second project because Xaviant was so pleased with the team’s performance on the renovation. For the first project, all renovation work was performed in an occupied environment; therefore, noisy work had to be coordinated with adjacent tenants in order to avoid disruption of operations. Renovation of the 9,300 square-foot space included new ceilings, luxury vinyl floors, carpet tile, wood trim, CAT 6 data lines, pre-furnished doors, new HVAC system, operable partitions, access controls, expansion joints, and full height windows. Work included the president’s and officers’ suites, programmers’/artists’ work stations, product test room, recording room, training room, full breakroom, single offices, computer room, storage room, conference rooms, lobby, and reception area. Following the renovation, Winter completed a 5,000 square-foot expansion, creating space for 50 new workstations, an information technology office, special operation workstations, white noise system, full height glass panel entry doors, secondary breakroom, access controls upgrades, library, and pantry.
