Winter performed both preconstruction and construction services for the entire 900,000 square-foot development, which consists of a 400,000 square-foot lifestyle center, a 350,000 square-foot Westin Hotel with residences, and a 150,000 square-foot office building. The new lifestyle center houses nationally recognized retail and restaurant tenants and boasts feature fountains, string lights, and relaxing gondola rides through the complex. The 210-room Westin Hotel has 74 luxury residences occupying the top five floors of the hotel, as well as meeting spaces, courtyard area, and a restaurant. The six-story office building is a freestanding structure with approximately 4,000 square feet of basement corridor.
