Winter SPACES renovated the first floor of Harkness Hall to bring the 1930s-era building into the 21st century. Home to Clark Atlanta University’s Presidential office, Harkness Hall is an historic building where the eulogy for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was delivered. Winter SPACES took great care in renovating 4,180 square feet of this iconic building’s first floor with work that included asbestos and lead abatement, a new floor plan and layout, an upgraded HVAC system, new bathrooms, and new furnishes.
