Winter built the new 25,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art library as part of Phase 1 of the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System (AFPLS) Library Building Program.
The new Metropolitan Library is a steel structure with a cantilevered curtain wall. The library is targeting LEED Silver certification.
