Winter constructed the Nan Thai Fine Dining restaurant, which offers luxurious Asian decor and upscale Thai Cuisine to Midtown Atlanta. The 7,500 square-foot building connects to an existing office building and was constructed directly next to the construction of a large highway-connecting bridge. Construction of the restaurant had to be coordinated with the bridge construction activities and around the high-traffic Spring Street section of Midtown Atlanta. The existing office building was renovated to house the restaurant’s kitchen.

The restaurant includes an impressive entrance and dining area, bar, banquet room, kitchen, restrooms, and new parking. It features an ornamental fountain from Taiwan, bamboo flooring, a gold leaf painting, a large sculpture at its entrance, and a bamboo garden. The Johnson Studio designed the restaurant as an elegant dining facility with authentic Asian details that marry the authenticity of the menu.
