Winter completed the phased renovation of this AAA Four-Diamond hotel’s interior public areas, exterior courtyard, and event pavilion just in time for the summer season.
In Phase I, Winter renovated the lobby, registration area, market, lobby bar, grand ballroom, fitness facility, and kids’ room. The remaining areas in Phase II were turned over to the hotel two months after the completion of Phase I and included renovations to the restaurant, the build-out of a new junior ballroom and prefunction area, modifications to the building exterior to transform an indoor pool into a covered pool open to the exterior, transformation of the main courtyard pool into a zero-entry pool, and the assemblage in the courtyard of new landscaping and sidewalks.
