Winter completed the 32,080 square-foot renovation and addition of the existing high school. The scope of the project included renovating the existing cafeteria, renovating and expanding the performing arts facility, demolishing the ramps and concession area at the stadium, and rebuilding a new concession stand, new cast-in-place stadium bleachers, and a plaza area.

The project was completed in three phases: the cafeteria renovation, the stadium addition and renovation, and the arts wing renovation and addition. Since a portion of the construction occurred during the school year, Winter phased the work to keep the campus safe and to allow school to continue without interruption. Each phase was delivered on time.

An additional element of the project included a new 60- foot pedestrian bridge to connect the St. Pius campus to the community’s Dresden Park.
