The Community Center will be the new location for Union County’s Chamber of Commerce and serve as Butternut Creek Golf Course’s pro shop.

The Community Center includes two conference rooms and a banquet room.  The banquet room connects to an exterior balcony overlooking mountain views and the public golf course. Access to the balcony will be through full-height glass folding doors.

The two-story 23,500 square-foot building has a joist support system with structural members and composite metal decking.  The exterior is stacked stone masonry veneer and stucco with shingle, membrane, metal roofs, and exterior clad wood windows.  Finishes include painted and stained wood trim and millwork.  There are feature fireplaces in the tourism shop and banquet room.

There is a full-service kitchen and bar serving the 19th Hole Grille and banquet hall.  There are men’s and women’s lounges serving both the golf course and special event needs.
