Since joining Winter in 2003, I've enjoyed construction's team environment both in preconstruction and on the jobsite. While I've been in preconstruction for more than 18 years, I also gained invaluable experience in the field working on a multi-year project. 

I knew early in my career I wanted to pursue preconstruction and have enjoyed that path since day one. Being able to help clients realize their program is especially rewarding. I communicate well with clients and design partners throughout the process and truly enjoy all phases of preconstruction starting at concept and achieving a budget which results in a successful project for all team members.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech.
