As General Superintendent, I enjoy working with all of our project teams from preconstruction through project completion. During preconstruction, I work with the team to develop the initial project schedule and logistics plan, as well as, helping with constructability reviews, subcontractor scope review, and working through project challenges.

During construction, I like to interact with all of project teams and see their hard work come to life. I am an experienced resource to our teams and provide an objective, big picture perspective when needed or can get into the tiniest detail to help address a challenge.

I revel in mentoring staff to grow them both personally and professionally and create a harmonious work site that consistently ensures on time and on budget project delivery.

I began my career in the field in the drywall trade before joining a general contractor. I've worked on projects nationwide and in the Caribbean during my time in the industry.
