Matt was integral in developing SPACES, Winter Construction’s interiors and special projects group. He guided the team in effectively completing a variety of fast-paced projects, from tenant interiors to small ground-up projects to special renovation work and to unique projects. His experience with complex renovation projects, a number of which were completed simultaneously on multiple sites, and new construction projects over the years, coupled with his business acumen, has made SPACES a thriving business division at Winter Construction.

Matt, a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering, received his Masters of Business Administration from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Matt and his wife, Kristi, have two children, a boy and a girl.
