This renovation transformed the building into a technology hub for companies that want to be close to Atlanta’s Technology Square. Winter prepared the lobby interior for its coffee shop tenant.
The 30,500 square-foot lobby renovation of the nine-floor office building included construction of a new lobby, common bathrooms, exterior plaza, and new storefront and louver systems at the building skin.
