Winter restored the entire facade and renovated the main floor of this former JC Penney regional headquarters office building. This renovation transformed the building into a technology hub for fledgling companies that want to be close to Atlanta’s Technology Square.
The 30,000 square-foot renovation of the first floor of the nine-floor office building is complete. The work included construction of a new lobby, common bathrooms, exterior plaza, and new storefront and louver systems at the building skin.
Winter is currently renovating tenant spaces and common areas on tenant floors.
