Winter built three new cost-efficient assisted living communities that serve as a model for Medical Development Corporation’s innovations in senior living.
Each 74,000 square-foot facility offers a neighborhood concept designed to allow residents to stay in Canterfield even as their needs changes, with separate wings providing higher levels of care. The three 10.7-acre developments includes 91 assisted living units and are located in Bluffton, SC, Franklin, TN, and Kennesaw, GA.
