Winter is transforming the Fulton County Central Library with a full interior renovation of the entire 300,000 square-foot, ten-story building.

The renewal of this historic building is being delivered as a design-build, with Winter leading in a joint venture with Johnson Construction Services, Moody Nolan as architect of record, and Cooper Carry as bridging architect.
