East Point City Hall

This 32,000 SF, multi-story facility is an Earthcraft Light Commercial development and the first EarthCraft Gold Certified building in Georgia.

The East Point City Hall includes a multi- purpose City Council Chamber, an additional 2,400 SF of shell space for future growth, and expansive green space for public gatherings, along with fountains and splashpads for the community.
