In this 25-story hotel, Winter carried out a complete renovation of the 367 guest rooms and all of the corridors. In addition, Winter completely renovated all of the public space, as well as the restaurant with new custom millwork.
The project also included the relocation and rebuilding of the lobby bar and lounge. The entire project took place while the hotel remained open and occupied. The team worked extremely closely with the entire JW Marriott team to prepare for each phase of the project.
