Sorority Housing HVAC Replacement Projects - New VRF mechanical system for 10 Sorority Lodges including upgrades to the TERV fresh air system. New finishes and kitchens throughout each lodge.

Health Sciences Building HVAC Replacement – New air handler unit and exterior radiators for Woodruff Health Science Administration Building main event space.

Carlos Hall Steam Infrastructure Replacement – Replaced steam line feeding Carlos Hall Museum Building to central connection in main campus quad.

Emory PAIS Fern MRI – Replaced chiller and mechanical components to existing research MRI unit.

Multiple Bio Safety Level 3 Lab Renovations – Annual maintenance on BSL3 labs to ensure compliance and to complete preventative maintenance.

Alumni House Entry Beautification Project – Replacement of heavy timber structural components of the entry porticos.

Parking Deck Waterproofing and Expansion Joint Replacement. 

Hope Cancer Center HVAC Replacement – Completely new HVAC system in operating lab from split system to 100% dedicated outside air system.

Atwood Laser Laboratory Renovation - Renovation of existing lab space to new Laser lab and adjacent wet lab.

Oxford Campus Haygood Hall HVAC Addition – Replace dedicated outside air system at student dormitory.

Oxford Campus Seney Hall Elevator Addition – New elevator machine room build in attic over existing elevator shaft in 1860’s historic administration building.

Competition Track and Field Replacement – Replaced track and field elements with modern NCAA competition level surface.

Student Center Cafe – Renovated café at student center including new kitchen and grab and go area.
