The Shops at Wiregrass is a 366,000 square-foot open-air lifestyle center situated on 100 acres in northeast Tampa, Florida. The center consists of 12 separate buildings. The buildings are constructed with a structural steel frame, both one and two levels, exterior metal stud walls, and a combination of hardcoat stucco, cast stone, and clay tile roofs. This sprawling lifestyle center features restaurants, department stores, and boutiques, and it is surrounded by park-like grounds.
