Winter constructed this new high school in Greenville, South Carolina. With brick and sandblasted finishes and a modified bitumen roof, the new school is unique for school construction in that its entire structure is precast. The three-level 252,700 square-foot school has 80 classrooms, 10 laboratories, a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, theater, library, choral and orchestral rooms, auditorium, media production room, offices and faculty support areas, and enough parking for 645 vehicles. The state-of-the-art athletic facilities include three gymnasiums, locker rooms, football/track stadium, two baseball fields, two practice fields, and four tennis courts. Winter also performed sitework for the project, which included utility work, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
