AC / Moxy Hotel

A new dual-branded AC / Moxy Hotel in the booming arts and technology district of Midtown Atlanta.

The 300,000 square-foot, 12-story hotel features a five-story parking deck for 300 vehicles, a pool, and pool bar with an outdoor kitchen available for guests to use. The AC Hotel portion of the hotel has 128 guestrooms and the Moxy has 155 guestrooms. Each brand had its own lobby, bar and dining areas.

The AC/Moxy Hotel is certified LEED Silver. The AC is the second of its kind built by Winter in Atlanta while the Moxy is the first in Atlanta.
