The property spans an entire city block and includes two levels of parking and retail space totaling 162,000 square feet.
The demolition of an existing building on the property made way for the new hotel. The hotel’s layout includes five levels of guest rooms, meeting space, a pool, a lobby bar, a restaurant on River Street, and a rooftop event space and bar.
The Alida’s brick façade blends with its historic surroundings, and the hotel’s interior features original art and residential furnishings, along with very modern amenities such as a 24-hour fitness room. Winter’s scope included building a city common area with ADA access to River Street.
