The project included a complete interior renovation to accommodate new programs including nursing, dental, automotive, aviation, marketing, security, construction, HVAC, culinary arts, and other technology programs. Also included was the rework of the existing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, renovation of an existing kitchen, and the construction of an additional kitchen.
Sitework included the addition of grease traps to support the new kitchen, sanitary re-work, updated hardscapes, and asphalt reclamation.
