This high profile project included adding two levels of mass timber structure to the existing 3-story building. Winter replaced all of the curtainwall and storefront, along with facade improvements and the addition of terraces. Structural modifications were required from the addition of deep foundations to column and beam reinforcements to support the new floors and for relocated stair and elevator towers.

The interior scope of work included high end a lobby, elevator lobbies and restrooms, and a fitness center.

The project also includes a 5-level precast parking deck.
