The facility will feature 238,640 square feet of warehouse area and 11,000 square-feet of office space. The warehouse is designed with a 36’ interior clear height to accommodate high-bay racking and is fully conditioned by roof top units and HVLS fans for air flow. In addition, the cross dock setup allows for inbound and outbound shipments to be separated.
