The 1980, ten-story, 200,000 SF building was architect Marcel Breuer’s last built work.
This comprehensive and surgical renovation introduced critical natural light without sacrificing the building’s signature Brutalist architectural style. Among many other innovations, Winter utilized construction technology prior to demolition to locate and protect irreplaceable building elements and 3D modeling to coordinate the complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
The project includes a two story auditorium space, open atria, administrative offices, and shell space for future build out.
