This upscale hotel includes 185 guestrooms with over 7,000 SF of meeting and event space.

Additional amenities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness and business centers, and several dining options.

Designed to accommodate both vacation and business travelers, the hotel will capitalize upon Asheville’s mountain views while still located in a downtown setting.

Foyer area, next to guest services showing four diamond shaped chandaliers at different sizes and heights grouped together. Walls with built in waterfalls stand on both sides of chandaliers surrounded by wood seating, lights, and foilage.

Breakfast area with hardwood floors, a geometric backsplash and brass hanging pendant lights shining down on a breakfast bar. Bar has a white counter top with multiple displays to hold pastries, kitchen appliances, cutlery, and cereal option self serve containers. Shelves and cabinets underneath.

A gym with white floors and ceiling with a graphic lined backdrop wall with recessed lighting. Mirrors along one wall with multiple treadmills, bikes, and various gym equipment.

Large lobby area with wood panels on the ceiling mixed with light bars and recessed lights. Multiple seating arrangements in various locations.

A spacious guest suite with dark colored textured carpet, neutral bed lines and cutains. Desk with chair and hanging tv. Suite has two windows at the corner of the room to maximize the views.

Large guest suite with separate living space. Room has dark textured carpet, couch and table, one wall is windows overlooking downtown Asheville. Beside the windows is a table with two chairs and a small kitchenette area. Two doors are located down a hallway opening up to a restroom and a guest suite complete with optimal views as well.
