All new laboratory equipment was installed including 15 fume hoods with Venturi controls. Coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing was extremely well-planned in this very small space. The building remained occupied throughout the project. Noise and vibration were tightly controlled due to ongoing experiments and sensitive equipment in adjacent labs.
