The 160,000 square-foot courthouse features six courtrooms, seven judges’ chambers, four holding areas, a central mechanical room that serves both the Courthouse and Detention Center, secured judges parking area, and a secured pedestrian bridge connecting the two facilities for prisoner transfer. The project also included renovating the previous courthouse for county use. Winter was a member of a joint venture that completed this project.
