The sprawling 210-acre Forward Innovation Center West property was once home to Ford Motor Company’s Cleveland Engine Plant No. 2.

The first new building in the new development, this single-story structure was designed with a 32’ interior clear height and has insulated precast concrete panel exterior walls with an interior steel frame and a flat roof. The facility features 46 dock doors with 50x50 bay spacing.
