Winter completely renovated all three buildings on the campus, adapting them for use as creative offices. The property was designed and built to meet historic preservation requirements to receive tax credits.

Work on the property included all new roof, windows and doors, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and two new elevators and a wheelchair lift. Common areas included core restrooms and corridors, landscaping, and exterior paint.
