The school includes health care, computer science, language, music technology, and engineering labs, maker space, a gymnasium, an auditorium, and a career center.

The project is on 44 acres of land dedicated to the development of the new Middle/High School. The new school is positioned at the high point of the site to take advantage of the existing topography and site ecology. The site design incorporates low maintenance landscaping which requires little to no irrigation, preserving natural site features.
