Winter built 10 retail buildings, a four story office building, a six level parking deck with more than 1,200 spaces, and designed and installed a detailed hardscape/landscape scope on the entire property. This fast track project involved extensive coordination with local jurisdiction on permitting and inspections and collaboration with multiple tenant contractors who were building concurrent with Winter’s base building scope in order to expedite delivery and leasing for the client.
Phase 2 included two additional buildings, a four-story office building and two-story fitness center.
