Winter demolished an existing 10,000 square-foot building adjacent to the other existing buildings before beginning the construction of the new addition.

The new addition is 10,000 square feet and features a STEM lab, six new classrooms and new administrative offices. The new addition also added a secure entry vestibule to the school.

The scope of the renovation of the existing buildings included the re-work of the existing HVAC system, which included tie-ins to the existing controls system, upgrades to the existing electrical and plumbing systems, new roofs and building envelope upgrades, window, door and hardware upgrades, exterior and interior finish upgrades, data, voice, video, and security upgrades, and elevator improvements.
