Winter teamed with HOK Architecture to deliver this design-build, new luxury brand hotel adjacent to Porsche North America headquarters.

The Kimpton Overland Hotel is eight stories with 214 guest rooms and signature suites. The hotel offers refined and approachable restaurants and bars, and 6,500 square feet of event space that includes a 3,600 square-foot ballroom. The rooftop lounge provides guests with a view of the Porsche driver development track, as well as landings and takeoffs at the Airport.
