Winter completed the 280,000 SF structural renovation and new construction project at Maynard Jackson High School. The new construction consists of a mechanical addition, kitchen expansion, and new 16,000 SF gymnasium, which includes one performance court and two practice courts.

Significant demolition enabled the construction of two curtainwall and skylight entry towers, a monumental stairs, and floor to ceiling curtainwalls revealing the courtyard. A key component included the intricate renovation of the existing green roof. The main two-story classroom building includes standard classrooms and STEM labs, expanded areas for band, orchestra, dance and drama.
