The project was a fast-track renovation of finishes, lighting, and equipment inside the dining area. Winter warehoused and installed owner-provided millwork, equipment, and flooring. New concrete banquette seating and new structural steel members were installed after hours to support minimal disruption to the active hotel lobby.
