This new, five-story, 193-key hotel is located in the heart of the Trilith community.

The hotel includes a rooftop bar, swimming pool, conference and ballroom space, a culinary theater and full service restaurant. HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical trades were provided design/build.

Trilith Guesthouse will service both Trilith, a 234- acre live-work community developed around the film industry, plus Trilith Studios.

Guest suite with two queen beds with curved leatherbound headboards, white linens and pillowcases. Patterned textured neutral tone carpet with a table and chair, dresser and hanging TV. A large window on one wall overlooking trees.
