This new, five-story, 193-key hotel is located in the heart of the Trilith community.

The hotel includes a rooftop bar, swimming pool, conference and ballroom space, a culinary theater and full service restaurant. HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical trades were provided design/build.

Trilith Guesthouse will service both Trilith, a 234- acre live-work community developed around the film industry, plus Trilith Studios.

Lounge area with deep red walls and ceiling with three chandaliers. Built in bookcases filled with books and three large cognac colored leather couches with tables and leather chairs.

Guest suite with two queen beds with curved leatherbound headboards, white linens and pillowcases. Patterned textured neutral tone carpet with a table and chair, dresser and hanging TV. A large window on one wall overlooking trees.
