I thoroughly enjoy my role at Winter, both in attracting strong talent to our team, as well as creating an environment in which those team members can intentionally grow.

I received a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Liberty University.

Favorite Winter Construction Project

Winter's people are the "projects" I most deliberately support. I consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to partner in "building" team members who are critical to constructing some of the most meaningful spaces in the Southeast.
