Leveraging my love for numbers, I manage the financial functions of the Winter Companies. As a member of the executive leadership at Winter Construction, I work closely with all of our Operations, Preconstruction, and Department Leaders. I joined Winter in 1996 as an assistant controller. In 2000, I was named Vice President of Finance, and four years later, I was promoted to my current role, CFO.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a degree in finance from West Virginia University.
